Covid 19 or not.

There’s good and bad news all around us.

What matters most is what you tune into.

The global beauty industry has been shocked by COVID-19 crisis. First-quarter has sales have been weak, and there have been widespread store closures.

In most major beauty markets, in-store shopping account up to 85% of beauty purchased prior to the COVID 19 crisis.

Everywhere I read it’s as if tomorrow we have no more beauty industry.

Of cause with forced store closures we all face low sales, almost no sales for some.

I’ve been hit bad.

Yesterday I spoke to one of my customers who own a beauty salon (I’m located in Denmark).

“Hi, Betina,”

“Are you open again?”

“Yes,” She said.

“Charlotte, since I’ve been able to open my calendar it’s full again. My customers are still there waiting for me.”

I was really excited after our conversation.

Somehow it’s light down the tunnel.

We humans crave human connection, don’t forget that.

COVID 19 or not.
